This website is operated by DAPPÉ. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to DAPPÉ. By using our site or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We do everything possible to display our products, colors and packaging accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings and small batch production. We reserve the right to modify, limit or discontinue any product at any time.

3. FRAGRANCE INSPIRATION AND TRADEMARKS
Our fragrances are original creations inspired by well known designer scent profiles. DAPPÉ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any designer house or fragrance brand mentioned on this website. All brand names and trademarks referenced belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the scent profile of our products.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in USD unless another currency is selected. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund in that case. Promotional prices are valid only for the period announced.

5. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, involve suspected resale, or come from addresses we cannot ship to. If we cancel an order, you receive a full refund.

6. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping timelines are described in our Shipping Policy and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy. Both are part of these Terms of Service.

7. PROPER USE OF THE PRODUCT
Our fragrances are for external use only. Keep away from eyes, flames and direct sunlight, and store out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, test a small amount on your skin first.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including logos, images, text, layout and design, is the property of DAPPÉ and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAPPÉ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
