SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Every bottle is hand-filled, hand-labeled and hand-packed. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

During launches, holidays and promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will always keep you informed by email if that happens.

DELIVERY TIME
United States: 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
International: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local customs.

Total estimated time = processing time + delivery time.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Any free shipping promotion applies only to the countries and order values stated in the offer.

TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after the label is created. If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, email us at support@dappescents.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to be sent again.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
